About Andrew Cardy

I’ve sat in the room with leaders before the biggest presentations of their careers. I’ve interviewed ambassadors, nonprofit founders, and startup visionaries- 450 and counting conversations, face to face, on camera. And the pattern is always the same: brilliant people who can’t translate what they know into what their audience needs to feel.

My job is to close that gap.

I’m not a videographer who adds strategy. I’m a strategist who happens to know exactly how to put you on camera and make you look like you’ve been doing this forever. Because by the time we’re done, you will have been. You just needed someone to help you find the story you’ve already been living.

I work with leaders, brands, and teams who  need the story to match the vision.

I’ve had the pleasure of leading teams at nonprofits, faith-based organizations, marketing agencies. It helps being married to the amazing Rachel Cardy. 

Over the thousands of stories I’ve filmed or helped develop, my love of stories and helping create storytellers has only grown stronger: 

• I’ve helped nonprofits raise millions in single campaigns by finding the one story that changed the room
• I’ve directed, produced, and worked on Award-winning short films that have screened at festivals worldwide: because the craft has to match the strategy
• I’ve improved employee retention and client acquisition for organizations across the country because internal story is just as expensive to get wrong as external
